Human rights and laws

We support and respect the UN Charter of Human Rights and ensure that we do not participate in human rights violations through our entrepreneurial activities;

We comply with the laws of the applicable legal system; this also applies in particular to the respectively applicable laws on fair competition, data protection, protection of intellectual property of third parties, fight against money laundering and insider trading. 

Fundamental rights of employees 

We promote equal opportunity and equal treatment of our employees - regardless of race or ethnic origin, gender, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual identity; 

We respect the personal dignity, privacy and personal rights of each individual; 

We do not employ anyone against his will and force nobody to work; 

We do not tolerate unacceptable treatment of employees, such as discrimination, coercion, abuse, exploitation or sexual harassment; 

We ensure a reasonable remuneration of our employees and ensure the statutory minimum national wage;

We do not hiring employees who do not have the legal minimum age for employees.

Suppliers and partners 

We stand by the appropriate promotion of compliance with the principles and core values of this Code of Conduct among our suppliers and partners; 

We adhere to the principles of non-discrimination in selecting and dealing with our suppliers and partners in the same way as we do our employees.
