Automotive industry benefits from cost and time savings
The automotive industry has been one of the sector's winners in recent years. In 2021, the manufacturers recorded an increase in turnover of nine per cent, while the supplier industry even grew by 13 per cent. Accordingly, the automotive industry is an important target group for us. Sheet metal has to be stamped or deep-drawn and tubes bent if the latest models are to roll off the production line. The advantages for the automotive industry are obvious, because in addition to the ecological aspects, the cost savings and the time saved in production are important factors in the purchasing decision. With conventional lubricants, the workpieces and regularly also the machines have to be cleaned at great expense before the production process can continue. In addition to the time saved, the cost reduction is an important argument in favour of the oil-free lubricants from LBI oil free. This is because the waste water produced during parts cleaning no longer has to be disposed of in hazardous waste at great expense. The workpieces can be processed immediately. Even welding and painting are possible. Economical consumption is also an important purchase criterion for many of our customers.
Individual recipes for the automotive industry
LBI oil free lubricants for the automotive industry are biodegradable. We do not use chlorine, oil, silicone, Teflon, solvents or aromatics in our formulations. This also benefits the employees, because the lubricants are skin-friendly and do not endanger health. If necessary, our formulations can be individually modified.
