The LBI DS-6 was specially developed for the precise dispensing of oil-free lubricants and impresses with its robust, low-maintenance design. The integrated 6-liter aluminium pressure tank ensures an even supply of material and is equipped with a float switch and a visual fill level indicator - for maximum process reliability. The system is optimally designed for use with LB-002 dosing valves and can be easily integrated into existing machine control systems thanks to its sophisticated interfaces.
This makes the DS-6 the ideal solution for industrial applications where reliability, precision and minimal maintenance are essential.

Versatile - the DS-6 in various applications
The LBI DS-6 dispensing system has a flexible design and is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications where oil-free lubricants need to be used in a targeted and efficient manner. In bending machines, for example, the system ensures precise internal mandrel lubrication, uniform crease lubrication and external lubrication of the tools - all precisely lubricated at the relevant points. In press lines, the DS-6 can be used for coil lubrication or to supply additional spraying points in order to treat specific friction or wear points. The system also impresses in spinning machines with its reliable dosing performance, especially where the controlled use of lubricant has a decisive influence on process reliability and workpiece quality.
