LUBbend product range for
optimised bending processes
The LUBbend product range includes bending lubricants. With their intelligent formulation and selection of raw materials, they guarantee an excellent lubricating effect with maximum heat dissipation. The products are developed on the basis of environmentally and workplace-friendly raw materials and are manufactured in Germany. What is special is that LBI oil free attaches great importance to the fact that they are biodegradable during production.
To achieve this, we do not use mineral oil, chlorine, Teflon, silicone or heavy metals. In addition, our products in the LUBbend range are biocide-free. This more than meets our customers' desire for future-oriented, environmentally friendly lubricants. Thanks to the sustainable composition of our products, they are also particularly skin-friendly, not a VOC product, do not require hazardous substance classification and are biodegradable.
The LUBbend product range consists of several products:
LUBbend G-series
High-performance gel for medium to heavy forming work
LUBbend GF-series
High-performance liquid gel for light to heavy forming work
LUBbend 800-series
High-performance lubricant for medium to heavy forming work
Perfect bending processes with optimum wear protection
The lubrication performance of all products in the LUBbend range is above average and also offers optimum wear protection. Even with high-alloy materials, our customers achieve consistent sheet quality and longer tool life. All products are also characterised by an optimum cooling effect and reduced lubricant consumption. Our lubricants also guarantee optimum corrosion protection. Overall, these lubricants make bending processes particularly efficient.
The residue behaviour of the LUBbend product range allows the workpiece to be welded or painted (KTL) without prior washing. If even higher levels of cleanliness are required, cleaning with water or mild alkaline cleaners is sufficient. The lubricants are applied using LBI oil free's spraying and dispensing technology. The mandrel lubrication is applied manually with a brush or with a cloth using pump or spray technology through the mandrel.
