Efficient lubrication systems for use in machining
Our entry-level system into the world of minimum quantity cooling lubrication. The MDE-A system was developed as a cost-effective system for small machining centres.
During development, the focus was on ensuring that the system was as low-maintenance, robust and simple as possible. This creates a cost-effective way to benefit from the advantages of minimum quantity lubrication, even for machines that are not in continuous operation.
2 litre aluminium tank and electric control
The MDE-A system consists of a robust aluminium pressure tank designed for up to 6 bar and a control unit mounted on it.
The system is electrically controlled and can be ordered either as a 24V version for integration into the machine or as a 230V/AC version for manual activation.
Alle System werden mit optischer Füllstandsanzeige ausgeliefert. Zusätzlich ist auch eine Ausführung mit Füllstandssensor erhältlich.
The spray nozzle is equipped with two throttles for adjusting the spray pattern. This allows the amount of lubricant to be adapted to the process and only as much spray air to be used as necessary, thereby minimising spray mist.
