The MDE-A system is your ideal introduction to minimum quantity lubrication (MMKS) - specially designed for use on small drilling, milling and turning machines as well as band and circular saws. It impresses with its simple handling, flexible installation and high compatibility with existing control systems or as a manually activated system
Robust & efficient - technology that saves money
At the heart of the system is a robust 2 liter aluminium pressure tank for up to 6 bar operating pressure. Available with 24 V DC integration or as a 230 V AC version for manual control - including visual fill level indicator or optional float switch.
The precise spray pattern is achieved by adjustable throttle valves for lubricant and air - they control the quantity and mist effectively to lubricate efficiently and minimize exhaust air
