Dispensing system for manual lubrication of tubes
In the production of small pipes, lubrication via the mandrel is in many cases not possible or not sensible. For these cases we have developed the HSE-2 system: A simple and cost-effective way to lubricate manually before forming.
The system is compatible with our 360° hand spray lances, spray guns. For very small pipe diameters (≥ 7mm), the system can also be equipped with a 6mm coaxial hose and 360° mini nozzle.
Advantages of minimum quantity lubrication even without complex systems
In addition to the direct benefits from the reduction of lubricating oil, there are also other advantages in the entire process: In-house logistics and warehousing are reduced, downstream processes have fewer problems with residues on the components and2the carbon footprint is positively influenced by shorter transport distances.
The HSE-2 dispensing system requires only one compressed air connection and can therefore be used flexibly wherever it is needed.

To keep the environmental and employee impact as low as possible, the system is equipped with two pressure regulators. Thus, the spray mist can be reduced to a minimum. We are at your disposal for the correct adjustment of the system.
