Entwickelt f\u00fcr Coils bis zu einer Breite von 2.100 mm, setzt dieses vollfl\u00e4chige Fl\u00e4chenbenetzungssystem neue Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be in der Metallverarbeitung.<\/p>\n

Besondere Merkmale unseres Systems 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Umfassende Benetzung:<\/strong> Unser System bietet eine vollfl\u00e4chige Benetzung von Coils sowohl von oben als auch von unten.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Durchlauf\u00f6ffnung:<\/strong> Mit einer Durchlauf\u00f6ffnung f\u00fcr Coils bis zu 2.400 mm Breite sorgt es f\u00fcr maximale Flexibilit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Gruppensteuerung:<\/strong> Die Ansteuerung erfolgt in 5 Gruppen, was eine pr\u00e4zise und individuelle Anpassung erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Separate Spr\u00fchdruckregelung:<\/strong> Die Spr\u00fchdr\u00fccke f\u00fcr oben und unten werden \u00fcber separate Proportionaldruckregler gesteuert, die in die Maschinensteuerung des Kunden integriert sind.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Schnelle Anpassung:<\/strong> Die Ansteuerung des Mediumdrucks erfolgt durch einen Materialdruckregler, der \u00fcber ein pneumatisches Proportionalventil gesteuert wird. Dies erm\u00f6glicht eine schnelle \u00c4nderung der Auftragsmenge in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit der Coil-Durchlaufgeschwindigkeit durch Anpassung des Mediumdrucks.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Kundenspezifische Komponenten:<\/strong> Auf Kundenwunsch sind alle Steuerungskomponenten mit hochwertigen FESTO-Komponenten ausgestattet.<\/p>\n
