In vielen F\u00e4llen ist eine Dorninnnenschmierung nicht sinnvoll oder technisch nicht umsetzbar. In diesen F\u00e4llen bietet sich eine manuelle Benetzung der Rohre vor dem Einsetzen in die Maschine an.<\/p>

Es gibt viele Gr\u00fcnde auf eine manuelle anstelle einer automatisierten Dosierung zu setzen. Mehrere einzusetzende Schmierstoffe, viele verschiedene Durchmesser und Flexibilit\u00e4t sind nur einige davon. Oft werden die Rohre vor dem Einsetzen in die Maschine mit \u00d6l \u201cgeflutet\u201d, welches dann am anderen Ende des Rohres in einer Auffangwanne gesammelt und anschlie\u00dfend aufwendig wiederverwendet oder entsorgt werden muss. Neben einem hohen Verbrauch erh\u00f6ht diese Vorgehen auch den Reinigungsaufwand der Maschine und der Umgebung. Au\u00dferdem ist die applizierte Menge hohen Schwankungen ausgesetzt.<\/p>\n

Genau hier setzt unser HSE-2-P System an. Es besteht im Wesentlichen aus zwei Komponenten: Dem Drucktank mit Spr\u00fchdruckregler und einer Handspr\u00fchlanze.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Das System ist mit einem 2-Liter Aluminium Drucktank mit optischer F\u00fcllstandsanzeige ausgestattet.<\/p>\n

Um den Spr\u00fchnebel m\u00f6glichst gering zu halten ist das System auserdem mit einem Spr\u00fchdruckregler ausgestattet, so kann immer der passende Spr\u00fchdruck zum verwendeten Schmierstoff oder Schmier\u00f6l eingestellt werden.<\/p>\n

360\u00b0 Handspr\u00fchlanze<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Unsere 360\u00b0 Handspr\u00fchlanzen sind in L\u00e4ngen von 10 bis 2.000 mm erh\u00e4ltlich und erzeugen ein homogenes Spr\u00fchbild \u00fcber den gesamten Rohrumfang. Auch gro\u00dfe Rohrdurchmesser k\u00f6nnen so gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig benetzt werden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Um ein Eintrocknen des Schmierstoffs zu verhindern befindet sich die Abdichtung ganz vorne an der \u00d6ffnung. Mit der Lanze k\u00f6nnen sowohl d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssige als auch gelartige Produkte sehr fein verspr\u00fcht werden.<\/p>

Um die dosierte Menge dem Prozess anpassen zu k\u00f6nnen, befindet sich am Griff der Spr\u00fchlanze eine Handeinstellschraube zur stufenlosen Regulierung der dosierten Menge.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
