Bei der Herstellung von kleinen Rohren ist einen Schmierung \u00fcber den Dorn in vielen F\u00e4llen nicht m\u00f6glich oder nicht sinnvoll. F\u00fcr diese F\u00e4lle haben wir das HSE-2 System entwickelt: Eine einfache und kosteng\u00fcnstige M\u00f6glichkeit zur manuellen Benetzung vor der Umformung.<\/p>

Das System ist kompatibel mit unseren 360\u00b0 Handspr\u00fchlanzen, Spr\u00fchpistolen. F\u00fcr sehr kleine Rohrdurchmesser (\u2265 7mm) kann das System auch mit einem 6mm Koaxial-Schlauch und 360\u00b0 Minid\u00fcse ausger\u00fcstet werden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Vorteile der Minimalmengenschmierung auch ohne aufwendige Systeme<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMit dem HSE-2 System sind die Vorteile der MMS (Minimalmengenschmierung) auch ohne in die Maschine integrierte Syteme zug\u00e4nglich. Die gr\u00f6\u00dften Vorteile der MMS sind neben der gro\u00dfen Einsparung an Schmier\u00f6l, bzw. Schmierstoff, die Sauberkeit der Anlage.\n

\nNeben den direkten Vorteilen durch die Reduktion des Schmier\u00f6ls, enstehen im gesamten Prozess auch weitere Vorteile: Die innerbetriebliche Logistik und Lagerhaltung wird reduziert, Folgeprozesse haben weniger Probleme mit R\u00fcckst\u00e4nden auf den Bauteilen und die CO2<\/sub>-Bilanz wird durch geringere Transportwege positiv beeinflusst.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Das HSE-2 Dosiersystem ben\u00f6tigt nur einen Druckluftanschluss und kann somit flexibel \u00fcberall dort eingesetzt werden, wo es ben\u00f6tigt wird.<\/p>

Das System ist f\u00fcr unsere \u00f6lfreien \u201cSchmier\u00f6le\u201d optimiert, ist aber mit den meisten Biege\u00f6len kompatibel.<\/p>

Um die Umwelt- und Mitarbeiterbelastung so gering wie m\u00f6glich zu halten, ist das System mit zwei Druckreglern ausgestattet. Somit kann der Spr\u00fchnebel auf ein Minimum reduziert werden. F\u00fcr die richtige Einstellung des System stehen wir Ihnen zur Seite.<\/p>
