Die K\u00fchlschmierstoffe (KSS) von LBI oil free werden in der LUBcut-Reihe zusammengefasst. Herausragendes Produkt ist dabei LUBcut CG 10-A. Die Produkte bew\u00e4hren sich bereits seit Jahren als Hochleistungsk\u00fchlschmierstoffe f\u00fcr Edelstahl und bei der Alu-Zerspanung. Sie sind mit s\u00e4mtlichen KTL-Prozessen vertr\u00e4glich und auch \u00fcberschwei\u00dfbar, ohne dass es zu Schwei\u00dfporosit\u00e4t oder \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfigen, eingebrannten R\u00fcckst\u00e4nden kommt. Die leistungsstarken Schmiermittel weisen eine hohe K\u00fchlwirkung auf und \u00fcberzeugen durch die sehr hohe Schmierwirkung bei gleichzeitigem Verschlei\u00dfschutz. Die Rezeptur verzichtet auf Chlor, Silikon, Teflon, Lo\u0308semittel, Mineralo\u0308l und Aromate. Auch sind die umwelt- und arbeitsplatzvertr\u00e4glichen Schmierstoffe biozidfrei. Daher m\u00fcssen die K\u00fchlschmiermittel nicht als Gefahrstoff klassifiziert werden. Die K\u00fchlschmierstoffe lassen sich mit w\u00e4ssrig-alkalischen Reinigern oder Lo\u0308sungsmitteln abwaschen. Die Produkte sind ausgesprochen hautfreundlich und biologisch schnell abbaubar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Eingesetzt werden die K\u00fchlschmierstoffe (KSS) von LBI oil free bei der Alu-Zerspanung und allgemeinen Alu-Umformarbeiten. Daher werden sie insbesondere im Ladenbau, in der Luftfahrt, in der Automobilbranche und beim Leichtbau angewendet. Hier ist die Alu-Zerspanung von Fensterprofilen ein prominentes Produktbeispiel.
